Astus, notre fournisseur en système embarqué, doit effectuer une mise à jour de ses services et de son logiciel, ce qui aura comme conséquence une période hors service d'une durée d'au plus 90 minutes.
Puisque le service d'accès aux voitures et de gestion de flotte sera entièrement affecté, nous ferons en sorte que Reservauto soit hors service pendant cette période afin d'éviter tout accès au système par les clients et toute confusion.
La période de cette maintenance sera, en fonction de votre région :
Alberta : 06 mai 21:00 à 00:00 MDT Manitoba : 06 mai 22:00 à 01:00 CDT Québec/Ontario : 06 mai 23:00 à 02:00 EDT Maritimes : 07 mai 00:00 à 03:00 ADT France : 07 mai 05:00 à 08:00 CEST Maroc : 07 mai 04:00 à 07:00 +01
Une bannière sera affichée dans l'application sept heures avant le début de la maintenance.

Astus, our onboard system provider, will have an update of their services and application which will entail an offline period of maximum 90 minutes.
Since the vehicle access and fleet management services will be entirely impacted, we will ensure that Reservauto is also offline during this period as to avoid all access to the system by clients and any confusion.
