Hi,

In order to deploy a fix across our fleets, maintenance is scheduled during a 15-minute window. Reservauto will remain available, but intermittent interruptions of about 1 minute each may occur during this period. The maintenance will take place during the following time slot:

Alberta : Nov 04 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM MST
Manitoba : Nov 04 9:00 PM to 10:00 PM CST
Québec/Ontario : Nov 04 10:00 PM to 11:00 PM EST

Astus, notre fournisseur en système embarqué, doit effectuer une mise à jour de ses services et de son logiciel, ce qui aura comme conséquence une période hors service d'une durée d'au plus 120 minutes.

Puisque le service d'accès aux voitures et de gestion de flotte sera entièrement affecté, nous ferons en sorte que Reservauto soit hors service pendant cette période afin d'éviter tout accès au système par les clients et toute confusion.

Astus, our onboard system provider, will have an update of their services and application which will entail an offline period of maximum 120 minutes.

Since the vehicle access and fleet management services will be entirely impacted, we will ensure that Reservauto is also offline during this period as to avoid all access to the system by clients and any confusion.

The planned maintenance period will be, in function of your region:

Alberta : Oct 21 9:00 PM to 11:00 PM MDT
Manitoba : Oct 21 10:00 PM to 12:00 AM CDT
Québec/Ontario : Oct 21 11:00 PM to 1:00 AM EDT
Maritimes : Oct 22 12:00 AM to 2:00 AM ADT
France : Oct 22 5:00 AM to 7:00 AM CEST
